What Can We Bring to You?

Waste to Electricity

  • All the garbage after treatment can generate electricity, add the local power supply.

Save the land & Reduce the cost

  • By waste incineration power generation,we can treat the waste by over 99.99%,save the land reduce the waste treating cost.

Save energy and reduce emissions

  • By treating the MSW, can protect the environment , save energy and reduce emissions.

Add the local employment opportunity & drive the local GDP growth

  • By building the WTE project in the local, can add more employment opportunity for the local labors, and drive the local GDP growth
  • Deliver the advanced WTE technology to relative country.

What we can do?

Municipal Solid Waste Power Generation

The Step by Step for Waste to Energy Generation:

1.    Incineration Process

The waste enters into the incinerator from the hopper and is pushed into the grate feeder and burned in the combustion chamber. After burning, the slag is pushed into the slag hole, and the high temperature flue gas passes influenced by the radiant heating surface and the convection heating is entered into the flue gas purification facilities. Flue gas purification facilities is consisted of removing acid tower, bag filter, activated carbon injection device, and finally is sent into the atmosphere by draft fan through the chimney.

2. Waste Process

The waste is transported to the incineration plant by the waste truck, and then stocked into the waste storage pool after weighing.   Grabing the waste from the waste storage pool to the incinerator feed hopper is no more than 20 minutes per hour, the rest time for mixing the waste evenly by stirring, mixing, stack operating? Waste will be sent into the drying section of furnace combustion grate through the hopper by chute and feeder. New entered waste after grate drying section will move to the grate combustion section, under the grate push and gravity flip, mixed with the section of the combustion waste and ignition and fired at the same time. Waste completes the burning, burning out process in the combustion section, grate burning section. The waste burns out in the combustion grate, after burning the solid products falls into slag discharging machine.

3.    Waste Weighing and Storage System

Build a weightbridge room with two electronic truck scales on the way to the plant: one on the way to the plant and the other on out of the plant. The first is to weigh licensed waste and the second is to weigh ash, fly ash intermediate product, sludge pieces, bypass waste, and non-disposable waste carried out. Waste storage tank is a closed, impermeable reinforced concrete structure with anti-corrosion feature. It is necessary to increase the storage capacity of the tank since the waste treatment volume will decrease when the turbine works underload during equipment maintenance.

4.    Waste incineration system

The incineration system consists of waste feeding system, waste incineration system, the slag system, combustion air system and start ignition systems and other auxiliary systems. ?1?Superheated steam generated by the waste heat recovery boiler is transferred to the turbine generator set, where the steam becomes exhausted after expansion work and and then be discharged to the condenser. Exhaust steam then condenses into water in the condenser, and then be transferred to deaerator through the condensate pump, where it passes a seal cooler and a low pressure heater. The deoxygenated water is finally transferred into the boiler economizer after being boosted by the feed pum. The first stage heating steam is extracted from the turbine set ; and the second is from boiler drum. The steam will be condensed after release of latent heat and finally be transferred into the deaerator.
